HORRIBLE. 1-1/2 hours to schedule service; 4 hours waiting for no-show. 1 hour online, on-hold, talking to phone rep who ended up unable provide any help. SEARS DESERVES TO GO BANKRUPT. WORTHLESS DINOSAUR.

Took 1-1/2 hours and a huge hassle to schedule dishwasher repair appt. (see detail below). Finally appt scheduled for 2 days later. Day before appt., received on answering machine...

Did not order from this Location, I ordered an electric built-in KitchenAide Oven/Convection using the Internet. Basically it acted like a space heater. The heat coming from the vents is hot enought to burn a small child; not to mention the Air conditioning costs associated with it's use. Trying to get the the oven installed after it was dropped of was a joke. it took 6 weeks from the time...
