i took my car in for an oil change at 9am. At 5pm and since i never got a call as they said, i started calling. nobody picks up the phone. never again

I just wanted to thank Sears automotive at KOP mall. My son got a flat tire at the lukoil across the street, roadside assistance came but could not get the lug nuts off. Had to have it towed to Sears which closed at 8 pm, of course it was 7:55 at night. Called Sears and they waited 25 minutes for me to get there. Everyone was pleasant, you could tell that they loved their jobs.

1 and 1/2 hrs from home- got a flat tire Saturday 12/17 on my way to Family chistmas party...car filled with gifts and food. The staff is friendly and the service center is located in the King of Prussia Mall, however that where the benefits stop. Be prepared to wait 3hour min. if you need an oil change, replace engine battery or wind shield wiper blades changed. Excuses, excuses are all you will get. I was told the day I went to have then rotate my tires and replace the engine battery that most of our staff is...

Went in for emergency brake repair. Service was very slow and two days later my rear tire almost fell off because they did not tighten the lug nuts.
Mechanic would not install shocks either because he said he did not have the time.
I would avoid this location at all costs! Safety should come first and is lacking at this location!
