Absolutely a joke. service tech charges $60.00 for "trip charge". Misdiagnoses the problem to the tune of $400.00. All that needed to be done was a temp reset to Fahrenheit. My folks are in their mid 80's and shouldn't have to deal with either an incompetent tech or a dishonest one. Shame on you GE and A&E Factory Service. Warning - Buy a product that comes from a fair and honest company.
