The serviceman who visited us on Mar. 29 was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained why out riding mower worked the way it did, a safety factor which we hadn't known. Also, showed my husband some other things which he hadn't known which improved his satisfaction with the product. His sharing of this knowledge was very helpful.

They won't order parts for products they sell you make you pay double when ordering on line call customer service and they hang up on you never shop there

Last time I went to Sears, it was right at the beginning of the holiday season. My mother in laws birthday is always around Thanksgiving. I went to the register to purchase her an $80 sweater and I had about $120 in all in purchases that I was going to buy.
