I bought a refrigerator, it broke twice! The first time I had no fridge for 1month the second time I had no fridge for 2 weeks! Living out of a cooler when you have 3 kids sucks! Service aoppointments take several days or even over a week to get even in an emergency. They never have the parts, then they order parts that are "backordered".
