MUCH better than the one on Rivers Avenue!! The assistant manager, Justin is very friendly and helpful. They kept our appointment time and had us out on the road again quickly.

I have been taking my vehicles to Sears for many years and have never had a problem. The prices are fair and if a mistake is made they go above and beyond to make it right. When available I prefer Charlie Jacques to work on my vehicles as he is unquestionably one of the top mechanics in the south east U.S. I not only trust him to do the work right, I know that he will only sell me what I need.

Sampo is likely unhappy because something was wrong with his car and didn't want to pay the amount of money it would require to have it fixed.

Charles Jacques has been working for Sears for forty years and he only works three days a week there now because he doesn't NEED the money...he continues to work because he likes to work! Charlie, as anyone who knows him would call him, is trusted by many people, coworkers and customers alike. He takes care of his business and doesn't get involved in frivolous altercations. auto fraud

Since my original oral complaint to Randy Elvington, concerning attempted fraud by one or more of employees under his supervision at the Sears auto service center located in the Citadel Mall. I have made the decision that my compliant may have been taken lightly and I feel compelled to press my compliant further to protect other consumers. Mr. Elvington apologized many times over for the incident and said that he would take it up with management, what ever that means to him.
