Waited 2 hours for them to check out my malfunctioning battery / possibly starter and they told me they couldn't find anything and couldn't diagnose the problem. Now here I am 2 days later in a parking lot with a dead car because they couldn't fix anything. Thank you for nothing, I will not be coming back again, and will tell others not to go to you either.

The car is loaded down with groceries, I get in, turn the key and click click click. Dead Battery.
A good samaritan with jumper cables helped me get the car started and I headed to Sears Auto Center in Mt. Berry Square Mall.
I parked by the roll up doors, left the car running and went inside to buy a new battery. The clerk said the last mechanic (Vince or Victor-something with a V) had literally just left. We walked outside to see him pulling out of the parking lot in his truck. He glanced over, saw us standing there and DID A U-TURN. This wonderful man fixed my car even though he was off...
