I should have known better using a coupon for a $22 oil change but I did anyway. I took my car to Sears Auto Center. My car is older & has high miles and was low a court or 2 oil, but I figured, why fill it when they just would be draining it anyway. I am beyond disgusted and appauled by this place. I went in for a simple ""express"" tire rotation. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me. When I picked up my car, immediately I knew I had made a mistake. My steering wheel was completely covered in black grease/oil. My steering wheel had been moved along with my seat.
