Poor Warranty Customer Service
I bought a refrigerator from Sears however at the Baybrook Mall location in Friendswood, TX. My 2003 model refrigerator went out on Aug. 5th. A Sears service rep. came to my house, said that he fixed the problem and left. The problem was not fixed so 2 days later on the 9th a different service rep. came out and told me the compressor went out. He said that he would order a new compressor and have it delivered to my house. Therefore, when it arrives to call Sears and someone will come out to install it. I called Sears on Wed. Aug. 16th since it had not arrived yet. Sears told me that...
