Nice place, but an employee was very rude to my family, especially my grandkids. Her name was Karen, short, silver hair. On two occasions while in the store, she moved in front of my grandkids while they were looking at graphic t-shirts to start and fold what they were looking at.....as to say she thought they were messing up the fold. Horrible service. A drum for our washing machine arrived damaged (poor packing) and we were promised an expedited replacement. We were told 3 times that the part would ship within 24 hrs. 2 weeks later we still have no drum and it is the same story, even with a supervisor. Supervisor did not care about the problem and would not/could not contact the supplier of the part.
