Angel was terrific and I dealt with her before. My warranty ran out back in March 2016 so I had to pay for a service call. I was disappointed that I could not get a discount on the service call as it took 5 minutes to determine the problem was a $400.00 repair for parts alone. What a treat to find a service that does what one expects! The service person had to make two visits, but the unit in need of repair is fully functional now and I am a happy camper!

Two repairmen showed up. One was in training. They were both very nice but the one who was doing the training was very knowledgable and seemed to go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Good experience!
