This was a very professional job done under conditions that were not ideal because of weather and the use of the facility that caused scheduling problems for keeping people off of the concrete work.

Things were worked out well and we are very satisfied with the product and the professionalism of the team of workers and supervision.

1 SealwiZe bid was only slightly higher then average. That was due to the quality product we wanted. Was only slightly above contract due to water damage underneath
2 They were the only contractor who was willing to get us a good warranty on the product
3 Workers are extremely nice and on time. In addition, they dealt with condominium neighbors extremely well.
