I've given this one a try a couple times now. Food is pretty lousy and while I came for the beer, they never have any of the more rare, interesting, or decently rated brews on their list. The list is a joke. I have to ask four or five times until I get down to the mediocre stuff I can find anywhere in a bottle and equally bleh.
Update: Food is not bad at all if you stick to the most brew-pub...

They have lots of food options and the fish and chips and chowder are awesome! They brew their own beer so try them, you won't be disappointed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

A great place for lunches with friends but evening meals are a treat also. Spent a couple of birthday parties here and the service has always been professional and timely.

My wife and I ended up here because the other happy hour places were very substandard with darkened, musty and old smelling...these folks do it right...very open and energetic...the food was both tasty and presentation was top notch...its a family oriented place and happy hour...

Scuttlebutt Brewing Co is tucked away near the Everett waterfront. It's a nice, family restaurant. The food is always good, especially the fish and chips. In the warm weather tables and chairs are also outside.Be prepared to spend some time waiting for a table, even...
