Poor

Ron's (Scottsdale European) is trash. I took my car in to get a hose replaced and they ended up telling me I needed a new water pump and extras.

Got car back and the hose I specifically asked to be replaced was not even touched. After getting car back , it initially ran hot. They could not diagnose the problem although, to their merit, they did replace the hose I originally asked to be replaced without charge. Since then, I have numerous problems and the car is way worse then when I took it in.

The PR guy Jack will promise gold but you end up getting delivered c@!p. They do not know what they are doing.

Bad choice.

I was charged for parts and repairs that was not performed. Very dishonest place.

Most dishonest repair facility. They took advantage of me because I am a woman and don't know much about cars. I feel cheated and grossly overcharged. Shame on Eddie.
