Dr. Silverman is my mothers doctor. Up until today, he would have received 4 or 5 stars. My mother entered palliative care. I asked for documentation for a FML. Dr. Shipley is an amazingly thorough physician. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a family physician. However, his support staff is extremely rude and their lack of attention and consideration is appalling.
