I got a scratch on my brand new lenses within 2 weeks of getting them, and they told me, "If I were you, I'd wait till you get more scratches." Um, what about scratch-resistant lenses do YOU not understand. I have always had scratch resistant lenses and yes they will eventually scratch, but not within 2 weeks.

This office did a wonderful job working with my diabled child who is less that cooperative. They were patient and very careful not to upset her. They didn't hesitate to refer her to a specialist when they saw her.
