Seem like, thy do not want customers to bad as I had the same experience. I ordered about $100.00 worth of stuff on April 1st and here it is April 7th, I emailed them to see what the problem was, and i got an automated response that I had opened a ticket and someone was looking in to it. I placed an order on 6 Jan finally sent an email on 9 Feb and did not recieve any reply now on the 14th i called up for a refund they did not make any attempt to fix or make up for lack of customer service and overall performance. would not recommend anyone to support a store with such horrible customer relations
