Easily up there with the Harp as the best bar on water street. Christine is an amazing bartender and always makes sure everyone is having a great time. The drink specials are always better than anywhere else. This place definitely doesn't suck butt.

Good drink specials but bartenders always seem to be drunk and pay most attention to their friends. I get that it is a bar but there are people puking in the bathrooms quite a bit here. If I want that I'll go to Wrigley Field.

This place is super bi-polar.I've been here a handfull of times, and each time the crowd is totally different.You've got bros playing pong, old people chatting in the corner, sports nuts watching the game.It's weird.But the drinks are cheap, and except for St Patty's Day it's never been too hard to get a table or bar …

Scooters Pub is in half of the location that once housed Mel's on Water. Scotters has the larger section of the old Mel's (Dukes has the smaller eastern section) and with the larger footprint keeps more of the feel of the old Mel's. On a Friday or Saturday night you should expect a large crowd, a smoky bar, crowded billiards tables and if you're lucky an open table/booth to sit at. Scooters...
