Great service & tasty ice cream

Stopped in for a waffle cone & stayed there chatting with the owner until the cone was gone. Enjoyed hearing about the 100 year-old building and all the work that has gone into it to make it as inviting as it is today. The ice cream was wonderful--made in PA. Will stop here a lot when I'm in town.

good sandwiches and soups at reasonable prices for the lunch crowd. personable service. if you work in or around Aberdeen, try Scoops - they have a small parking lot out back which is very convenient.

(2 & 1/2 STARS)This is completely WRONG (hours shown). Scoops is only open for a short time during lunchtime, and as far as we know, only on weekdays; and this is during the summer. We have stopped by several times and it has always been closed, having locked doors. Scoops Corner Café & Deli is about more than ice cream, although it certainly has that and other sweet treats. It offers a wide selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and sides for lunch and dinner, as well as a limited breakfast menu, which includes sausage gravy and biscuits. The atmosphere is reminiscent of lunch counters from days gone by, although it has only table dining.
