Dr. Lindsay is very professional, takes time t o listen and is thorough in his responses to questions. He responds to calls to his office quite promptly. His staff is as kind and understanding, as he is. I am very happy with the experience I've had each time I've had contact with them.
Does NOT subscribe to do no harm. I have Medicare and doctor refused appointment with me, put me off for 2 days, even tho I was in full kidney failure and told doctor all symptoms. . I was his regular patient. He had assistant schedule me with nurse - who told me she in unqualified. In tears, I called my rheumatologist at Yale for help. She had me immediately see an excellent nephrologist....
He is obviously intelligent and knows his stuff, but I found his personality very stiff and lacking in kindness and empathy. Did not feel as though he was really listening to my concerns.
