We use Schwartz plumbing during a recent bathroom remodel. Plumber arrived on time, assessed what we needed, went to work, cleaned up, and explained next steps (since the remodel was an on-going project). We were very pleased.

Horrible experience with this company. Be careful with what they try to sell you. They were able to walk a way with a great deal of our money and didn't seem to care one bit about doing it. Once they have your money they could care less about customer satisfaction. Very disheartening in this economy.

AVOID THIS COMPANY Chris, an employee, explained that Schwartz Plumbing always provides a WRITTEN estimate BEFORE any work is done. I recently needed a plumber at a rental house in Raleigh, and scheduled a plumber for 8:00 AM the following morning. When I arrived at 8:00 AM the next day, I was surprised to see that the work had already been done. The plumber stated that he had arrived at 7:30.... more
