My fiance and I just recently ordered from Schwanger Brothers. I called yesterday (Monday) at 8am to have oil delivered that day. Was told the price of $3.99 per gallon, for 100 gallons and that someone would be out that day to fill our tank. We had Schwanger Brothers out and they blew out our fuel line. The next day we had a tank of oil delivered, and it all leaked out into the ground due to the cracked line from their blowing out our hoses. We had another company come in to discover the blown line. Schwanger Brothers refused to compensate us in any way. their comments were, "they did a procedure and can not be held responsible for...

I've had Schwanger complete plumbing service in my home as well as furnace work. In every case their technicians were professional, punctual and solved the problem. We put in a new HVAC system part of which does not work and they won't fix it unless they are paid more money than contracted for. They were initially good to work with but in the end I have part of my house with no heat. If this changes I will adjust this recommendation.

I used them for yearsPoor service work and high costs of service calls made me wary Primary reason for dropping them now is the fact they are 76c per gallon above the competitions price for oil and oil is LOW now as well when oil is high they run a good dollar above a place I now use out of Columbia Also, the QUALITY of the oil they deliver is much lower thanother competitors as well and burns...
