My wife attended junior high in Bellevue, many, many moons ago, and I do believe Schneider's is positively ingrained in her psyche. So I made a detour recently to see what the fuss might still be all about. Schneider's is a delightful throwback to simpler times. The staff was knowledgeable and very personable. I think this place qualifies as both restaurant and attraction! Yummy homemade sweets and delicious ice cream. Great "step back in time" vibe where you should go and smell the sweetness, get a cone and sit on the patio.

Great little old fashioned candy and ice cream shop in the "Little Town part of Bellevue. They have a little bit of everything and something for everyone. Plenty of scents for the nose as you walk in. Some tables to actually eat inside and a nice terrace for the nice days to sit outside.
Glad we stumbled upon this place!

My family took me here for my birthday (after eating at The Twisted Sisters Cafe), WOW what a treat. It's crazy but they recommended the vanilla ice and it was YUMMY. We got fudge, almond bark, and buckeyes to take with us. We've enjoyed it all.
Loved the gal working there who sang Happy Birthday too!
