Schaffer's provides the worst and I mean worst customer service ever. I agree with the previous reviewer. They ordered a flowers girl dress that was a size too big for my daughter eventhough she measured a size 6. We actually purchased 3 dresses from them, unfortunately paid in advance so there was no reason to provide any assistance with alterations. Not to mention the staff told us we did...

After having a dreadful experience at other stores, I was delighted by my trip to Schaffer's. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful without the upscale attitude. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!!!! I went there spent $500 on a brides maid dress. When we called the designer and gave them my measurements, they said I was a perfect size 6. Schaffer's ordered my dress at a size ZERO. Slight difference there. Then they wanted me to pay another $150 to have the dress altered.
