one of the most evil corporations . preventative health care ? absolutely not ! they charge so much out of pocket before considering to pay and even when you call to inquire if a procedure is covered I've been told yes and still gotten bills . Evil. money hungry corporations.

My Excellus bill went from $23 a month to $44 without any change in my use of the system. I didn't realize that a Medicare Advantage program meant that the provider could take advantage of the customers.

All my Dr's have dropped me, they will not cover any sort of treatment for eating disorders. I haven't been to a Dr because they don't cover any of the Dr's I need or medication. I'm trying to see if I am covered go get blood work done and I've been on hold for 23 minutes that's rediculous to expect me to put my dad on hold for a half hour so you can transfer me to 3 different people to be hung...

How about keeping the cost down? I just got a rate hike letter for Jan 1 and they are covering less. Nice move !
