They will rip you off, when they don't get their way they will try, and mess up your credit. I have a service to watch my credit, and I have had two instances removed because they are trying to collect additional money even though they never really started the work I requested of them to be done. How can a pest control company not find a pest? We called when a roof rat fell down our exhaust hood of the stove. The technician came out and put traps in another part of the house. Well, the rat came back. We called them to come back and their technician never showed and never called. I am going with Orkin and getting my money back.
