I stopped here for dessert when shopping in downtown Los Altos. I had a wonderful peanut butter cookie and enjoyed it when sitting in the patio area outside the bakery. There is also seating inside the bakery and there are fun murals on the wall.

Bad customer service experience

Bad customer service experience. Have been there numerous times. The cakes were yummy. In store services were fine. Online service was horrible. They simply ignored me when asking about over-charging.
