I live near the Sasquatch Zoo. The owners/managers are kind, friendly folk who do this because they truly love animals. Schools and scout packs/dens come from near and far to enjoy this site. In my brief visits over the years, I have learned a lot from the staff of the Sasquatch Zoo.
The animals are poorly cared for, are thin, and experience cruel confinement. Very few enclosures have signs, so you don't know what you are seeing. Bears and the lioness are on concrete, with very limited room to move about. Alligator enclosure is too small, with very little room for them to swim or sun. All in all, extremely disappointed in the whole zoo. The white tigers seemed thin to me. I will not go back to this zoo.
