I've been with Dr Savant for years, and she is wonderful! She is very thorough and never dismissive. Dr Savant always listens to concerns, and I find her to be very empathetic. Dr Savant will take the time to figure out what is going on, and if she is unsure, she will refer you to a specialist. I've received excellent care with Dr Savant, and I highly recommend her!

The first time after 26 years writing a review and I feel sorry that it is not for good. Her staff is the worst - they are not polite, they reschedule the appointments and let you know 40 min prior to it, you call them 5 times and leave them a voicemail and they never call you back, and the list can go on and on for a one-year period as her patient... I am Very disappointed and sad at the same...

Always late! Every visit I have had in the last year she has been 15 to 30 minutes behind.

Front desk staff are unhelpful and rude.

They have made errors with my copay 3 times.

My mother sees this doctor and I would not recommend her. She shows zero compassion and seems to feel minimal obligation to figure out the issues underlying a patient's symptoms. She is very short in her speech and business like. My mother is in her 70s and needs a doctor who cares about her patients. Dr. Savant does not fit the bill.

Dr.Kansra is a very compassionate knowledgeable doctor. I wish I could move back to Massachusetts to be in her care.
