Had an awful meal everything looks like it had been sitting out for hours. We didn't get what we ordered. Half the plate was wasted on all parties. There was no organization in the kitchen.

Ordered the Prime Rib, it was cold like it was fresh from the fridge. Asked for it to be warmed up and the Prime Rib went from Medium Rare to Well-Done upon return. No flavor to the meat(no aging most likely), Au Jus saved some of the meal, but not by much. Will not be going back.
