I was told the rate was $40 an hour for the first time cleaning. The two person crew showe up an hour late (with no phone call explaining the tardiness). They did an OK job at cleaning... they missed the baseboards and a half bathroom. The cleaning took 2.5 hours- or what I thought would be $100. The woman said it was going to be $200 because she likes to charge a "flat rate" for he first time...
