went with my husband and step daughter because this DR was the only one her mother wanted her daughter to go to. When we got there I was supprised and disgusted at how filithy her office was. I was also upset when she used the same scope cover to look in her nose then ear then mouth in that order and never even bothered to wipe it off. Dr. Jan is WONDERFUL!!! I just can't say enough wonderful things about her! She is absolutely the most thorough and careful doctor I've ever encountered, and my kids LOVE her! She's very motherly, and takes extensive time to make the children and the parents feel comfortable.

She sits down and explains extensively what the problems are, when there are problems, and gives details on the course... more
