Overall a very nice condo complex. The best features: gulf views, beach access, screened porch, full kitchen, bike rentals on-site, friendly staff and residents, convenient car and bike parking. Considerations: no ceiling fans - air in unit was stagnant, pool water was quite hot, no restaurant or bar onsite, kitchen layout (dishwasher could not fully open due to tight space).

Location, location, location. On the gulf coast with units that look out onto the beach and water, pelicans, ospreys, shells. It gets no better. The best features: Stayed in 1 BR/ 1 BA Unit 1 B2. Ocean view, impeccable grounds, excellent on-property management staff catering to your every need including late check in, delivering towels and beach chairs and free washer/dryer outside of condo. This condo is called the "penthouse." Breathtaking views, kitchen with top of the line products, décor is just perfect for South Western Florida. The flat screen TV was perfect size for the room.
