The Sand Castle exceeded our expectations. Right on the beach, large kitchen and the recliners were awesome after a day at the ocean. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating.

We came for a wedding. My motherinlaw lives in a condo a few bldgs down from the motel. We wanted to stay in walking distance to her place & this was. I found great reviews for this motel on tripadvisor.com, so booked it. As other reviewers stated, the motel is a bit dated, but totally comfy & kept clean. We loved the proximity to the beach - just out the door and down the steps! This motel is old, but seems to be well cared for. The room was clean and the kitchenette was surprisingly well supplied. No gourmet meals, but great for a short beach vacation. The beds were fairly comfortable with plenty of pillows and clean sheets. The bathroom was clean. This is a no frills place, though. No...
