Seeing the other reviews, I don't feel so ridiculous in saying I LOOOVE Sanctuary! It's really nice and comfortable inside, and they always have fresh iced tea, water, and coffee ready for clients. I have never had an expirience here that was bad. I am greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who are sooo nice. They offer me a drink, a pastry and a magazine every time I come in. The staff do get in conversations with each other but I love that about them. They all really like each other and get along so well. You can tell by the fun way they interact. I adore Sanctuary...because it is just that--a sanctuary! Every time I enter the salon I am treated as though I am the center of the universe (a nice treat at the end of a long day), and the staff is always respectful and friendly.
