If I could give it a zero star I would. Keep your parents and grandparents out of this awful place!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want your loved ones to be miserable then this is the place to go. My poor grandmother died here and lived a miserable year and a half. The staff was rude, never helped her (only when visitors were there) she told us when they showered her most of the time it was in COLD water...

This is one of the worst nursing homes in Massachusetts. The director is so rude, the nurses don't seem to know what they're doing with their patients, and the aids are so lazy. I am a nurse and I visit my grandma there in the afternoon from time to time, and I can back these up with first hand information. If you love your relative, find another place. I did!
