I hate to report the demise of a great restaurant. You can still eat in the former location of Mucho Margaritas, but along with the name change, so did the menu and in my opinion not for the best. The food is still better than most Mexican joints in Columbia, but the quality has slipped a notch. Several times recently...

I had a REAL stuffed Poblano Pepper that was out-of-this-world good. Lightly battered, stuffed with meat and cheese, done to perfection. Try one of their many margaritas, I had a Mango Margarita, sweet but good. Also I had a trio of tamales, beef, cheese and chicken ... all fresh...all good. The outdoor seating is crammed onto the sidewalk, wish there...

For spring, very pleasent outdoor seating on the sidewalk. The food was very good--flavors were distinct and not otherwise blocked by a cheese smothering. The picante sauce actually had some zip to it. The chicken in the enchilda was well flavored and fresh. The beans and rice were clearly above average.

Reasonable price ! Excellent food. Friendly and quality customer service. I visit several times a month and nearly every chance I get when in Columbia. The magaritas are some of the BEST I have had anywhere. The "towers" are a must try for a group. Can go with just beer for the light drinkers. Several ice cold mug beer and...
