Just bought my 2009 Prius and couldn't be happier. Dealt with Cory ,the internet manager, who was very helpful with all my questions and little picky details. In the end all we had to do was go in and pick up the car. No hours of haggling and no last minute changes in the "fees." And they gave us the best price out of the 11 dealerships we checked. Great customer service !

I get my services done here at SF Toyota (Van Ness Branch). They do their job well and explained well what they will do to my car. They are very friendly and professional. By the way, when they say your car will be done in an hour. Expect that your car will be done in an hour. Would definitely recommend this place for your car services.
