Found this UPS Store after my neighborhood shop had equipment problems. I got a 40-page document printed out on Sunday afternoon; went back two days later and had a staff person scan the edited doc as a PDF. He also shipped the document to Berkeley for me. UPS isn't the cheapest place for such …

Super awesome convenience and very helpful service. I made a bunch of copies and sent something off via Priority Mail. Staff even created and printed label for me. This location saved me a ton of time because i needed to send a package of important docs downtown but didnt have time because im heading out of town in an hour...

The worst. Cannot print a single document here. False advertising. Incompetent staff and outdated equipment. They literally referred me to a competitor down the street. Amazingly bad.
