Very friendly and professional personnel.Pricing wasn't bad either, specially with the free pickup deal. I thought my notebook was history but some how these guys resuscitated it ;-).

They are very professional and honest. I had my computer problem taken care within 2 days. That is a reliefe after waiting almost 1 month at Best Buy just to find out they could not repair it. They even picked it up from my work, free of charge, that was also very convenient for me.

Fast response, very professional. We called in the morning and someone called back within less than 2 hours, I was amazed :-). We had a virus and a very slow PC ( I was about to throw it out the window). My PC is running faster and free of viruses.
