Worst idea of my life to take my husbands wedding band to the Baybrook mall location in Houston Texas. Never received such awful customer service in my entire life. This stores management team is a total joke.

I have used the Samuels Jewelers store in Chubbuck, Idaho, at the Pine Ridge mall. I have had an excellent experience! I very seldom use retail jewelry stores, but I an VERY glad that I visited this store. The staff were so courteous and helpful; they were aware of their inventory, and even ordered some items in. The prices were so much more reasonable than I have eve experienced at a retail...

Do not buy jewelry from here! My husband purchased my engagement ring and guard from this jeweler. When they soldered my rings together, they did so unevenly making my ring unwearable!!
I have spoken with the customer service multiple times and they are unwilling to work with me to get my ring fixed without me driving 6 hours to their nearest location.
Very disappointing, we will never again...

Larry and his staff at the South County store are very polite and helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get the best bang for your buck. I will not purchase jewelry anywhere else.
