Sam was great, he and his son spend an hour troubleshooting my AC and since they could not fix it on the spot there was no charge for the diagnosis. A neighbor referred me to Sam at Sam’s Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. when my AC/Heating unit needed to be recharged. My neighbor had used Sam on two separate occasions for a new AC/Heating Unit, and to have another AC/Heating Unit recharged. He was satisfied with the service he received from Sam on both occasions.

Sam is very knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. Our 42 year old system needed replaced and Sam explained in detail the various systems and suggested the proper replacement for us. The installation was a pleasure as his crew are clean, polite, professional and fast.
We can definitely recommend Sam with no hesitation.

Sam came out within a couple of hours of my call. My central A/C had quit on a very hot day.

Sam was very professional and personable. He found the problem within about 20 minutes. Instead of major motor replacement, he determined it was the capacitor. Once replaced, system worked perfectly. He also made helpful suggestions on some upgrades I could do in the future. He was fair and reasonable in his charges. I would recommend him to anyone who might have an issue with air...
