I bought a Sampson Home in July 2006. Since then, it's been a nightmare. Promises, promises, promises. Jake Sampson and Sampson Homes couldn't recognize customer service if it slapped them in the face much less quality construction. I sent a list of one year warranty items that needed to be fixed(leaking roof to bricks that have come loose in the exterior wall) and have yet to hear from them much less get anything fixed.
