Samons has the best selection of stuff to maintain swamp coolers, Home Depot and Lowes can't even compete. Their employees are great for the same reason Sandy said, they really know their stuff.

The previous reviewer is obviously a stupid b1tch. Ooh, they made me show my ID, ooh people want to help... Give me a break. Samon's doesn't have a huge selection because they have everything the other guys don't have. If you want fancy and glitz (and no customer service) go to home depot or lowes.
