Hi my name is Rose i broke my narrow straps on my good pair od patent shoes. Nobody in the neigborhood was very willing to do the repair since i work downtown i called Sam The Shoe Doctor. they told me to bring them in as they were sure they could replace the straps.The counter person Mary at Sam The Shoe Doctor replaced the straps with No problem, and with a smile. Sam the shoe doctor is great for shoe shine and repairs. Workers in the store have a great sense humor.
Shines and repair service time is good. I visit the store often for shines a least twice a week.
