He was so thorough on explaining everything that was going to be performed on my daughter. I would highly recommend him and would never go to another oral surgeon. He is the Best of the Best
I saw Dr. Sal for a coronectomy. My recovery time was excrutiatingly painful and lasted about 3 weeks. It never healed properly as I was left with a divot where food collected. I had to have the procedure corrected by another oral surgeon who discovered cystic tissue that Dr. Sal didn't notice. I recovered in 2 days relatively painlessly. Dr. Sal's "better than thou" attitude and carelessness...
Dr. Ruggiero was the perfect surgeon to perform my double jaw surgery. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He made me (and my parents!) feel comfortable and at ease before my surgery. I had confidence and trust in his skill and ability before the surgery and even more so afterwards.
