I'm torn between giving here a good or a bad review, and in the end I'm leaning towards 2.5 but am curving lower. When you're a dedicated Thrifter like me you just have to stop by a Salvation Army...

Their donation policies seem more restrictive and inconvenient (when and what they will accept donations) than other SA or Goodwill stores. I come here mopstly to donate items - not to purchase....
