Going into Sal's Pizzeria, I was dubious about whether or not my friends and I should even try the place. Once inside, our expectations lowered. The place was cramped and shabby. My friends were visiting New York for the first time and we heard good and also not so great things about Sal's Restaurant so we visited there.
