It is sooooo relaxing. No drama. Everyone is happy. Fabulous cut and color (I use Erin). And I live for the shampoo/neck massages. (I've also used Chad and he's great, too.) I haven't gotten a manicure, so I don't know about them, but they seem to stay pretty busy. I usually go right from work so I'm pretty jittery when I get there, but I leave looking good and feeling like I got a nap.
