Went in for a hair straightening before my sisters wedding. Even though I made an appointment in advance, I still had to wait for 45 minutes! To make matters worse, the stylist kept leaving me in the chair with chemicals in my hair, to answer calls from her boyfriend. I ended up getting chemicals in my eyes and having to flush them in the sink for 15 minutes! They wouldn't even take anything...
